Q: Can I use the same login ID on 2 different phones at the same time?

A: Yes. You can use it on different phones.

Q: Can I navigate to a doctor's clinic using the map in the application?

A: YES. The application is integrated with Google maps and will navigate your way through to the doctor's clinic.

Q:Do I need to pay the doctor through the application?

A: Not at all. MyVAC is a free application. You need to pay to your doctor directly.

Q: Can I buy vaccines through the application?

A: The facility is unavailable at present.

Q: Can I book an appointment for a different location through the application?

A: Yes. You can simply type in the location on the header on the home screen. The application will then search for the nearest doctors available for the vaccination at the defined time and distance.

Q: Can I book an appointment for a patient for whom I do NOT wish to create a profile?

A: Yes, it is possible. However, on booking an appointment for whom you have not created a profile, an entry will automatically be made under profile for documentation purposes.

Q: Can I download my past appointment records?

A: Yes, you can download the vaccination report by navigating to My Appointments Page. The report will be sent to the registered email address in the form of an attachment.

Q: Is it possible to search for a doctor based on dose of the vaccine?

A: Yes, it is possible to search for a doctor. You need to click on the search icon on top right hand side of the application's home screen and select the appropriate parameter for search.
